Grant for a pilot
Based on the pilot proposal, financial support will be provided to the winners in order to conduct a Govt funded pilot in the state. Dedicated support will be provided to AgTech enterprises working on millets-related problem statements.

Technical Support
Support in fulfilling regulatory requirements, mentorship through Startup Odisha’s network, incubation support, and marketing as Challenge winners.

On-ground Coordination
On-ground support for coordination and outreach during pilot phase, direct access to farmers and visibility to customers, and sharing of resources, aggregated data and insights

Scale-up support
INR 15 Lakh per start-up will be provided to the winning and eligible startups under the Start-up Odisha scheme. This amount can be leveraged for development and scale-up related expenses.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Challenge, AgTech enterprises must meet the following criteria:
- Current operations with a registered office in India, irrespective of the geography of business establishment
- Solutions are centred on the farmer as an ultimate user
- Solutions with a focus across the identified themes
- Solutions that are provided digitally
- The enterprise must be registered as a private or public limited company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 or a Limited Liability Partnership registered under LLP Act, 2009
- The enterprise should have been operational for at least a year as of April 1, 2022
- The enterprise should have annual revenue of at least INR 5 lakh in any of the last three years i.e. 2019-20, 2020-21 or 2021-22
- The enterprise should have provided their service to at least 100 farmers, either directly through their solution or indirectly if B2B or B2G
- Excluding Traditional agro-processing, trading or milling companies
